The Nepal Institute for Policy Studies (NIPS) is a Kathmandu based independent research organization which focuses on policy oriented studies and links academic research with public policy on national and international issues. NIPS’ members are a group of young and fresh minded university graduates and PhD holders who have an expertise in security and strategic studies.
